Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At NoCarScam, we're committed to providing excellent service. We understand that circumstances change, and we have a fair refund policy to address your concerns.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of payment, before any listing work begins
  • Full refund if we fail to create listings on at least 5 platforms within 72 hours
  • Partial refund (50%) if cancelled within 7 days, before listing goes live
  • No refund after listings have been published on platforms

What We Guarantee

We guarantee to provide:

  • Professional listings on the number of platforms specified in your package
  • A dedicated phone number for buyer inquiries (Standard & Premium packages)
  • Buyer screening and verification services
  • Safe meet-up location recommendations
  • Carfax AutoReport (Premium package only)

Note: We cannot guarantee your car will sell, as that depends on pricing, market conditions, and buyer demand. We guarantee professional marketing and buyer screening.

Refund Process

  1. Submit a refund request to support@nocarscam.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for refund
  3. We'll review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
  5. Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Services already completed (listings already published)
  • Listing extension fees
  • Requests due to car not selling (we don't guarantee sales, only marketing)
  • Requests due to buyer behavior or transaction outcomes
  • Refunds requested after 30 days from purchase date

Listing Extensions

If your car hasn't sold within your listing period, you can extend your listing for $75/month. Extension fees are non-refundable once the extension period begins.

Disputes

If you have concerns about a refund decision, please contact our support team. We're committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
